On-line counseling offers clients the convenience to interact with their therapist on their terms in their own space via a secure HIPAA compliant network. Whether it be from the comfort of your home, a quick text from work or while on the road, on-line counseling offers a comfortable and time saving environment.

Subscription Based Payment
$90 a week (charged and renewed monthly)
Subscription includes weekly 50 minute live video, chat or phone counseling session, and unlimited messaging and email communication through a secure, HIPPA compliant network. Messaging and emails will be returned within 24 hours.

Tune Up Session
As you progress with counseling it is natural to need less interaction with your therapist. When the time comes and subscription based counseling no longer suites your needs check in with a quick tune up.
Individual Counseling (50 minutes) $100
Individual Counseling (90 minutes) $140
Family Counseling (50 minutes) $140

Have insurance? Begin Within Counseling is currently in network with Cigna Behavioral Health.
Cost of counseling should not be a deterrent to getting help. Sliding scale is available to those who qualify.
